Salt & Pepper.
In 2022 we have intensified the collaboration with Henrik Herrmann and his True Work team in Europe.
Under the synonym “Salt & Pepper” (guess why we call ourselves that…), we support leadership teams of several Europe-based MNCs.
As a facilitator and coach duo, we work deeply with senior teams, and use the power of co-facilitation to unleash energy and co-create new ways to high perform as a team.
With our different personalities, deep mutual respect and united approach, we help teams to ask questions and find answers they did not even know were possible.
The team.
