Overview.

Our learning framework focus on 3 vital areas with meanwhile 14 modules. You can build “learning journeys” for specific employee groups, and also integrate modules your organization’s strategies and requirements.

The focus areas are:

1 - Self-leadership.

We enable participants to discover more in themselves, to work constructively with their emotions and develop new resources. 

2 - Leader’s mindset.

We enable participants to challenge their leadership understanding, and discover new ways to have substantially more positive impact on their people. 

3 - Leader’s abilities.

We enable participants to explore new communication and change techniques, and to experiment outside their comfort zone.

OUR aPPROACH.

We use a High Challenge, High Support approach, and participants will need to “stretch”. We enable people to feel, reflect, experiment outside their comfort zone, and create a co-creative learning experience. Our interventions are evidence-based, as we do not wish to waste your time and money with edutainment.

Since 2020, we have worked with several cohorts in Social media, Pharma, Banking and Logistics. The participants come from Senior Leadership (VP level), HR, High Potentials, Sales leaders and Country Managing Directors.

The HCHS programs are designed for specific groups of participants, in order to incorporate their concrete learning goals. Up-to now, the cohorts we have worked with come from very diverse groups:

  • PEER-SPARRING BETWEEN SESSIONS.

  • PURSUIT OF A PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GOAL.

  • VIDEO REFLECTIONS CREATED BY PARTICIPANTS, THAT IS REVIEWED AND CRITIQUED BY COLLEAGUES. THIS BRINGS THE HCHS APPROACH TO LIFE IN A VERY REAL WAY.

How it Works.

  • Modules can be booked as bite-sized learning, or can be delivered as Learning Journeys that we co-create.

  • We run masterclasses for groups up-to 30 people, or specific journeys for cohorts and original teams of up-to 15 people.

  • For development of specific groups of employees, bespoke material and topics can be integrated.
